Tomato Cream Sauce Spaghetti

Cut tomatoes slightly, blanch for 3 minuts in boiling water and remove skin.

Blend the tomatoes to make puree and set aside.

In a wok, heat the butter to melt.

Add chopped garlic and chicken cubes. Cook well until changes colour.

Add paprika powder, salt,black pepper and mix well.Cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes then cook on high flame until dries up and take out in a bowl.

In the same wok, add butter and let it melt.

Add chopped garlic,onion and sauté until translucent.

Now add tomato puree and mix well.Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

Add black pepper crushed, salt, chicken stock cube and mix well.

Add fresh parsley, milk,cream and whisk well.

Add half quantity od cooked chicken and mix well.

Add cheddar cheese,mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add boiled spaghetti in the mixture and give it a good mix.

Add fresh parsley.

In serving dish,add creamy tomato spaghetti,cooked chicken, sprinkle fresh parsley and serve!
