Roasted Gram Ladoo

Steps

Dry roast the roast gram dhal for few mins. Cool and grind with cardamom and grated Jaggery as fine powder. Transfer it to the bowl.

Roast the cashew in ghee and mix with the ladoo mixture.

Heat 5 tablespoons of ghee and mix with the mixture. Now start to prepare The ladoo. Add ghee as required.

Soft and yummy ladoo is ready.
