Ingredients

4-5people
  1. ForCHEELA--
  2. 1 cupgram flour (chana dal flour)
  3. 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
  4. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  5. 1 pinchhigh (asafoetida)
  6. 1/2 cupcurd
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tablespoonGinger paste
  9. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  10. Forstuffing-----
  11. 1 cupmashed paneer
  12. 1chopped onion
  13. 1chopped capsicum
  14. 1-2green chillies
  15. 3-4 tablespoonschopped Coriander leaves
  16. 2 tablespoonschopped mint leaves
  17. As per taste Salt
  18. as per tasteChilli flakes
  19. PinchHing
  20. as requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take gram flour +salt as per taste+chilli powder +high +Ginger paste +Turmeric powder +Cumin seeds and mix well. With a whisk begin to mix everything make a lump free thin batter.

    Take mashed paneer in a bowl add chopped chilli +chopped Coriander leaves +chopped mint leaves +salt +high +chilli flakes+chopped capsicum +chopped onion and mix well.

    Place a tawa to Heat and pour some oil over the tawa and spread it evenly. Take a ladle full of batter and spread it with the back of the ladle in the circular motion spreading outside just like a dosa.let the cheela cook on the one side till gets golden brown.flip and cook the other side as well. Place 2-3 tablespoon stuffing on one side of the cheela. Give it a fold over in half side.

    Serve paneer stuffed besan cheela with mint chutney and hot Ginger tea in breakfast.
