First we are going to dry roast the semolina for 2 minutes on a medium flame

10 in a pan add 3 tablespoon of refined oil first we are going to to Friday little the chana dal the udad dal and the peanuts.

After that we are going to add 1 teaspoon of master seeds fresh curry leaves A teaspoon of asfoedita and chopped onions saute for a minute then add the ginger paste and chopped garlic saute for few minutes

Then one by one gradually add the rest of the veggies including the chopped tomatoes add salt to taste fried well you can also add a dash of water so that all the veggies will be cooked properly.

Then add the semolina and add 2 and half cups of water stir it continuously and add the fried peanuts chana dal and urad dal few minutes and your upma is ready to serve.
