First of all, take a homemade dosa batter, add some salt and water to it.

Now heat up a pan sprinkle some water on it and wipe it off. Now pour the dosa batter in the center of the pan and spread it.

Now add some butter,schezwan chutney, red chilli powder,pav bhaji masala, ketchup and spread everything well on dosa.

Now grate some cheese over it, sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and let it cook. Make sure the flame should be low while adding all these ingredients.

Cheesy dosa is ready. Now cut dosa into 2 or 3 pieces and serve on a plate.

Garnish it with some grated paneer or cheese and sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
