Peel and clean the shrimp, devein, and soak in soda water for 10 minutes.

While waiting for the shrimp, make the dipping sauce. Since we were traveling to Hua Hin and didn't have all the kitchen tools, we chopped everything today.

Chop the garlic and bird's eye chilies, then mix with lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar. Taste for a tangy flavor.

Arrange the shrimp nicely on a plate and pour the dipping sauce over them. Make sure to get the garlic and chilies on each shrimp for a spicy kick. Enjoy while watching soccer with the guys!
