Take warm milk add Sugar and yeast. Keep aside for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes add all-purpose flour.oil salt and Sugar and make a dough.cover and keep aside for 1 hour for ferment.

Now in a bowl add paneer cubes,Mayonnaise,Chilli flakes,mixed herbs,lemon juice,Salt and little capsico sauce and mix everything well.

Now take all-purpose flour dough. You see that it increases double in size.divide the dough in equal parts.

Now dust some corn meal flour in your counter. Roll it and fold it.put some stuffing of paneer in middle and lock it like this.

Make all zingy parcel like this. Now grease a plate with butter and bake in pre heated oven on 220 degree for 30 minutes.

Take them out.sprinkle some chilli flakes and mixed herbs.serve hot with tomato ketchup.
