Beef Stuffed Pancake Fry

Mix yeast, sugar and 1/2 cup water and keep aside for 10 mins.

In a blender mix 3 cups warm water, maida, yeast mix, baking powder, semolina powder and salt and blend well and keep aside covered for 1 hour.

Meanwhile we can prepare the filling. Add all the ingredients mentioned above for filling together in a bowl. Note that rice flour should be mixed only at the last.

After 1 hour. Take the batter and make small pancakes out of it. Cook only one side of pancake. No need to grease the pan while cooking pancake. After making each pancake make sure they are kept covered to avoid the top part from drying.

Now fill each pan cake with the filling and press the side with your finger to seal them well. Make sure all sides are well sealed. Otherwise when you fry the filling would fall off.

Heat a pan add the oil for deep frying the stuffed pancake. When the oil is heated add the pancakes and fry until both sides are golden brown and crispy.

Beef stuffed pancake fry is ready. Serve with tomato ketchup or hot sauce.
