Ingredients

15-20 minutes
6 servings
  1. 2 lbschicken breast
  2. Ken's Greek salad dressing
  3. pepperoncini rings
  4. lettuce, shredded or torn
  5. tomatoes, sliced or diced
  6. olives, sliced
  7. cucumbers, sliced
  8. tzaziki sauce (or plain Greek yogurt with Greek seasonings)
  9. coconut oil
  10. Hungry Girl mini fold-its
  11. Hummus

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Dice or slice chicken breasts and stir fry in coconut oil.

  2. 2

    Toss in Ken's Greek salad dressing

  3. 3

    Assemble gyros with toppings listed, according to preference

  4. 4

    Wrap in Hungry Girl (or other preferred low carb wrap)

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
