15-20 minutes

6 servings

2 lbschicken breast
Ken's Greek salad dressing
pepperoncini rings
lettuce, shredded or torn
tomatoes, sliced or diced
olives, sliced
cucumbers, sliced
tzaziki sauce (or plain Greek yogurt with Greek seasonings)
coconut oil
Hungry Girl mini fold-its
Hummus

15-20 minutes

Dice or slice chicken breasts and stir fry in coconut oil.

Toss in Ken's Greek salad dressing

Assemble gyros with toppings listed, according to preference
4

Wrap in Hungry Girl (or other preferred low carb wrap)
