In mixing bowl add wheat,oil and salt. Mix well and add little water to bind into semi soft roti dough.

Knead dough and take a lemon size portion,make flatten balls and roll into 4" round roti with dry wheat flour. Similarly prepare another roti.

Apply ghee on one roti, sprinkle rice flour all over, cover with another rolled roti. Gently roll again.

Place it on hot tawa. Dry roast on both side on slow flame till brown spots appears on it.

Gently separate both layers of roti. Apply ghee on both rotis and serve hot.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Be Padwali Rotli with cool mango juice.
