Steps

Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan

Mix custard in a separate bowl in 2 tbsp of milk.

Pour this custard milk in boiling milk stirring continuosly.

Cook for further 10 min on slow flame and keep stirring.

Remove from flame, pour in portion bowls and let it cool in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Garnish with fruits and dry fruits of your choice. Top with silver leaf and serve chilled.
