Add sugar into warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 10 mins to activate. Mix flour, salt and oil. Add in yeast mixture mix to a sticky mixture. Cover and let rise until double in size.

For the sauce saute your onions, add tomatoes and spices and let cook down. Add salt and pepper and set aside.

Divide dough into four I did use two stored the other two. Flour surface and start kneading to a smooth dough. Roll out into a circle place on a pan and bake for 5 mins. The oven should have been preheated at 260 degrees.

Remove then assemble. Start with sauce, then cheese, your sausage(which have been deep-fried do this before) then on top cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes enjoy
