Ingredients

चार लोगो के लिए
  • मैदा (all-purpose flour) – 2 कप/Cup (250 ग्राम)
  • बेकिंग पाउडर(baking powder) - 1/2 चम्मच
  • घी(Ghee) - 1 cup (125 gram)
  • चीनी(sugar) - 2 cup (250 gram)
  • पिस्ता/बादाम - 2 चम्मच/Spoon (गार्निश करने के लिए)
  • पानी- 1 cup (चाशनी बनाने के लिए)
  • घी (ghee) - (तलने के लिए)

Steps

  1. 1

    मैदा में बेकिंग पाउडर मिलाएं और उसे छान लें। (Add baking powder in the all-purpose flour/Maida)

  2. 2

    125 ग्राम घी और थोड़ा पानी, मैदा और बेकिंग पाउडर के मिश्रण में मिलाकर अच्छे से गुंद ले। (Now add 125 gm Ghee and little water in the mixture of Maida and baking powder)

  3. 3

    15 मिनट के लिए रख दे। (Leave it for 15 min)

  4. 4

    अब चाशनी बना ले। उसके लिए 2 cup चीनी और 1 cup पा नी मिलाकर दो तार की चाशनी बना ले। (Now we will make sugar syrup. For that you need 2 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Mix them and cook until two levels of thickness is there in sugar syrup)

  5. 5

    अब आटे के छोटे छोटे गोल आकार के बाल्स बना ले और उन्हें बीच से दबा दे। (Now make small balls of flour and press them from the middle, to give a proper shape to it)

  6. 6

    अब इन्हें धीमी आंच पर सिकने दें। (Cook them on low heat)

  7. 7

    अब उतार लें और चाशनी में डाल दें। 15 मिनट बाद निकाल ले। (Now put them in sugar syrup for approximately 15 min)

  8. 8

    आपकी स्वादिष्ट बालूशाही अब बनकर तैयार है। (Tasty Balushahi is ready now.)

  9. 9

    गार्निश के लिए पिस्ता बादाम से डेकोरेट करें। (Decorate Balushahi using chopped almonds)
