Special kadi recipe
Steps

Take dahi and 200 gm besan and mix them together take one pan heat some oil and add methi dana to it then add garlic paste and onion paste,add all the spices and saute.

Add some water to the dahi and besan paste and add it to the mixture and cook for 1 hour.

Take 200gm besan and onion chopped, two green chillies chopped, red chilli powder and salt add water and make a thick batter. Fry small balls.

Add the fried balls(pakoras) to our kadi.... Take a pan add some oil add jeera,sabut laal mirch,sabut dhaniya and add the tadka to the kadi. Our Kadhi is ready to serve.
