Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupcooked rice (chawal)
  • 2 cupjaggery (gud)
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1/2 cupgrinded coconut (nariyal)
  • 1 tspaniseeds (aniseeds)
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder (elaichi)
  • as needed mix chopped dry fruit (almond, cashews, dry grapes)
  • as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat ghee. Add aniseeds & dry fruit pieces, saute it a little on low flame.

    Now add rice. Mix it & then add jaggery. Mix well & let the jaggery melt on low flame.

    Saute it continuously for a few min. Once the jaggery water dries.

    Now add coconut & cardamom powder. Mix it well & your yummy gud ka meetha chawal is ready to be served.
