In a big bowl take suji, besan, soda, salt,haldi, mix well add curd, oil and water beat and mix well (add, water to make pouring consistency)I have used 1 cup water.

Heat sufficient water in a big vessel. Grease a mould.

Now add eno to the batter and mix gently. Shift immediately in greased mould and steam for first 10 minutes on high and than 6 minutes on low flame.

For tadka. Heat 1tbsp oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, 2 cups of water, salt and give a boil add sugar boil till dissolve then add lemon juice and turn off the gas.

After steaming remove from the mould when comes on room temperature. Pour tadka on it and sprinkle coriander leaves.

Ready to serve. Serve Chill. Completely market style dhokla is ready to serve.
