BOIL 2 CUPS OF MILK. TO THAT, ADD A CUP SUGAR OR AS PER TASTE. COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL IT THICKENS. ADD ILAACHI POWDER FOR AN ENHANCED FLAVOR (CARDAMOM POWDER) I DID NOT ADD BECAUSE IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

ADD 8-9 CRUSHED ALMONDS.AND ALLOW THE MILK TO COOL DOWN. THEN POUR THE MILK INTO A CONTAINER TYPE BOX AND PUT IN THE FRIDGE UNTIL IT'S CHILLED.

TAKE 3-4 TBS OF SOAKED CHIA SEEDS ALSO CALLED AS TULKH MALANGA AND 2 DIFFERENT COLORED JELLIES. I USED GREEN (LIME) AND YELLOW (MANGO) USE WHATEVER IS AVAILABLE. CUT THE JELLIES INTO CUBES AND ADD INTO THE BOWL WITH A TBS OF CHIA SEEDS.

POUR 2-3 TBS OF THE PREPARED ALMOND MILK ON TOP OF THE JELLIES AND THE CHIA SEEDS THEN ADD 2 SCOOPS OF YOUR FAVIORTE ICE-CREAM. TOP IT WITH ROOH AFZA OR JAM E SHIRIN SYRUP.
AND ENJOY IT RIGHT AWAY BEFORE THE ICE-CREAM MELTS ! 😍
