Mango Besan Burfi is a delicious sweet which is prepared using fresh mango pulp. This is mango season try this recipe and surely all will love this sweet.
Steps

In a mixer jar add cut mango cubes, milk powder,sugar and make a thick smooth pulp.

In a thick bottom kadai heat 3 tbsp ghee. Add besan and stir it continuously till you get a nice aroma and besan changes it's colour. Remove it from Kadai.

Now in same Kadai add the prepared mango pulp. Add elaichi powder and stir continuously till the pulp becomes in thick consistency.

At this stage add the roasted besan into the mango pulp. Keep stirring continuously till it forms the burfi consistency.

Here in the below picture you can see that mixture is in burfi consistency.

Transfer this mixture to a burfi tray or plate greased with ghee. Add finely chopped cashew nuts on it. Allow it to cool and set. Then cut into pieces of your choice.
