Steps

  1. 1

    Set ur pot/kettle on medium heat add in tamarind,dry mint leave, ginger

    Add in water some fresh mint leave and cinnamon allow it to cook for about 30min

    Sieve, allow it to get cool add in sugar, Pinapple juice and lastly ice cube
