Ingredients

  • 1 cupWheat flour.
  • As per taste Salt
  • As required Water
  • ForWhite Kurma:
  • 1Carrot
  • 5Beans
  • 1 cupCauliflower
  • 1/2 cupGreen peas
  • 1Onion
  • ToGrind :
  • 2Green chilli
  • 1/2 cup Coconut, grated
  • 1 spoonPoppy seed
  • 10Cashew nut
  • 1 spoonFennel seed
  • As required Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the dough soft. Roll it and do the phulkas.

  2. 2

    Grind all into a paste.

  3. 3

    Fry onion in a kadai. Add ground paste fry it then add veggies pressure for 2 whistles.
