Ingredients

30minutes
4 servings
  • 1 cupPenne pasta boiled
  • 1/2of yellow & red bell peppers cut into thin strips
  • 1/2capsicum cut into thin strips
  • 4-5mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1onion thinly sliced
  • 4-5garlic cloves crushed
  • 4tomatoes blanched & pureed
  • 4 tbspsprocessed cheese grated
  • 20 mlfresh cream
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • to tastesalt
  • as requiredparmesan cheese for garnishing

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    In a saucepan, heat oil.

  2. 2

    Add garlic & onions & saute for 1 minute

  3. 3

    Add mushrooms, bell peppers, capsicum & toss well on high flame.

  4. 4

    Add the tomato puree. Boil for 1 minute.

  5. 5

    Add penne pasta & mix well

  6. 6

    Add milk, cream, cheese & boil

  7. 7

    Add salt, black pepper, oregano & chilli flakes.

  8. 8

    Cook till the gravy is absorbed

  9. 9

    Garnish with parmesan cheese.
