Ingredients

  1. 4blanched Palak
  2. 3chopped tomatoes
  3. 3chopped green chillies
  4. 6-7chopped garlic cloves
  5. 1/2 tspsalt ,red chilli powder and turmeric powder
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. For Kamal kakdi:
  8. 2 sticksboiled Kamal kakdi
  9. 1/2 tspsalt red chilli turmeric Coriander powder
  10. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut palak wash and drain it. Heat cooker add oil now add ginger-green chilli palak and masala tomato mix it and give 2 whistles slow the flame for 5 mins. Put it in the gas till it's water will finish

    Cut Kamal kakdi from middle mix Masala put in between Kamal kakdi put in tawa add 1 tbsp oil flip it from other side add oil. Crisp it from both the sides

    Serve with roti dodha and papad
