Steps

Wash and soak rice for 2 hours.

After 2 hours grind the soaked rice along with coconut & little water. Add salt.

After grinding into a paste add water to make batter thin & runny.

Heat a nonstick pan. Don't add any oil to it. Just pour the batter & swirl the pan for the batter to spread. Close with lid. After a min just slide the dosa into a plate to dry.

Once it's cooled down a bit fold it into triangle. & Keep aside. Do the same with the remaining batter.
