After peeling blunch Parwal with little salt

In a tiffin box add the parwals,mustard- poppy paste,chilli paste,salt,little sugar,little mustard oil

Mix them,then add little mustard oil,green chilli,cover with it's lid

Add water in a high bottom pan then place tiffin box.makes sure the box sink half in water,steam for 10 mins
