Boil cholay. An other pan Fry onions till Brown then add red chilli tomatoes haldi, ginger garlic, salt, cholay, cook 5 minutes

Then add water and rice, Chinese salt and cook 10 to 15 minutes then add lemon juice green chilli, coriander and food colour, leave for 10 minutes for dum.
