Firstly take maida in a bowl.

Mix Maida and 2 tsp Yogurt Keep it Aside for 10/12 hours for fermentation

After 10-12 Hours Then Add, orange food colour and make medium to a medium thick batter with water as needed.

Then heat the ghee in a pan. Now put the batter of jalebi in the sauce bottle And make a round jalebi in the pan.

After the jalebi comes to a boil, turn it over and fry until crisp

Now add 250 grams of sugar in a pan for it's syrup, add 1 large glasses of water to it. And put it on the gas. Unless it is gummy. Also, add some saffron.

Then allow the jalebi to soak in the syrup for 1 minute.

Now Your KesarJalebi is ready to serve
