Ugali, Scrambled Eggs and Greens

Measure 2 Cups of water into a sauce pan and add flour

Add a little margarine and stir briskly till it dissolves

Keep stirring and adding a little flour on medium heat until it turns solid.

Add some little flour and knead the Ugali untill a little hard. Keep on low heat to bake until the sufuria looks like in the picture or u smell the Ugali. Remove from heat.

Prepare the onions and set them in a sufuria

Add oil and fry till golden brownish then add your greens

Add your seasoning and salt and allow to simmer for 6minutes

Prepare another Onion and set on a frying pan, add a little oil and fry till golden brownish. Add ur 🍅

Beat the 10 eggs and add to the tomato onion setup on the pan

Add some mala and Keep stirring and mixing as it fries into a scrambled eggs. Remove from heat and serve

Serve Hot
