Take a heavy pan and pour milk and given one nice boil after then slow the flame of gas and boil milk until it will be half after then add sugar, dry fruits in milk and cook in medium-low flame and make rabri. when milk is a little bit of thick then off the gas flame.

Now completely cool to rabri and another side wash, peel, cut and grind to mango.

When rabri is totally cool add mango pulp and cardamom powder in rabri and mix well together in rabri.

Now take air tight container and pour this mixture in container, sprinkle some chopped almonds in top of mixture and set in refrigerator for 8-9 hour.

Check it ice cream will be set, if ice cream is not set so set again in refrigerator for 1-2 hour more.

Mango rabri icecream is ready for the serve.

Take a serving bowl, cut ice cream and serve chilled mango rabri icecream.
