Grilled fish at home, like the ones you get in Japanese izakaya restaurants. It’s super simple.

Why do I want to share this? Because many people do not know how simple and tasty it is to just grill a fish and eat it.
This dish is a good match with rice, also a super good BEER SNACK.

Ingredients

20 mins
2 servings
  1. 300 gNice chunk of fatty fish
  2. (In the video, I’m using the collar of yellowtail)
  3. Belly of salmon, fatty mackerel, good size sardine, red snapper, etc. you can try with all sorts
  4. Salt

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

Salt the fish and wait 20 minutes.

  2. 2

Moisture is extracted from the fish, so please wipe that off. You are wiping the smell of the fish off too, so this step is important.

  3. 3

Grill it. I use fish grill with no temperature control. Medium high heat for 8 minutes. Done!
