Mix all the ingredients well then pour on greased baking tray

Bake on 180c for 1 hour

Prepare sugar syrup.In a pot add sugar,water, lemon juice boil it fr 5mins on medium flame,till it's almost 1 string consistency (keep stiring til sugar dissolves)

Pour the room temperature syrup when basbousa is hot (once out of oven).Garnish with coconut whilt hot
