3 tbspCaster sugar (or to taste)
1egg
2 tbspbutter
3/4 cupmilk (or as required)
2 dropsvanilla extract

Mix all the dry ingredients.

Then add egg, butter, milk and vanilla extract.

Mix it all up.

Then take a nonstick fry pan and add 1/4 cup of the bater.

Cover it for 2 minutes on low flame.

After 2 minutes flip the pancakes 🥞.

And serve them 🤗
