Heat ghee add maida and fry well. Add salt and black pepper. Add in milk and mix well. When white sauce start thick add in shredded chicken and mix well. Filling is ready.

Take samosa wrapper. Put horizontal and vertical put filling in the center then fold one by one each side by using egg wash. Deep fry the box patties. Serve.
