Take a bowl add gram flour add little by little water make a batter pouring consistency.

Take a pan add oil in high flame take ladle full of the batter and pour the boondi strainer and boondi fell down in the oil cook 1 to 2 minutes and take out put in to the bowl.

Take a pan add sugar and water cook single thread consistency and add cardamom powder and lime juice.

Add the boondi in the Sugar syrup and mix well.

Take a pan add 2 tsp ghee and add cashew nuts, raisins and cook till it turns golden colour.

Add the Cashew nut and raisins in to the boondi and make laddus.
