Steps
- 1
Firstly to prepare mango pulp chop the mangoes and keep it in a blender and blend it into a puree form.
- 2
Also on the other hand take a glass and add 3-4 tbsp custard powder and 1-2 tbsp milk to dilute it.
- 3
Now take a vessel and add full fat milk to it.
- 4
Boil it for 3-4 minutes until it becomes slight thick.
- 5
Add sugar to it or you can add milk made to make it more thick.
- 6
Once the milk thickens add the custard liquid into the milk and mix it well.
- 7
Boil it for 2-3 minutes and you will see the mixture gets thickens and the colour changes.
- 8
Add mango pulp to it and again boil it for few minutes more.*because it's a mango Custard so mango pulp should be used in a good quantity so that it can leave a good flavor.
- 9
Now turn off the gas and bring the mixture to the room temperature.
- 10
Refrigerate it for 2-3 hrs.
- 11
Add the chopped Mangoes over it along with the dry fruits once it is refrigerated properly.
- 12
You can also add fruits as per your taste to make it more colorful as I did.
- 13
Serve it chilled along with the cream and honey as toppings on it.
