It's a healthy vegetable. The taste is so bland, so you need to make it more interesting with spices and make in it various forms like, cabbage muthiyas, koftas, tasty veggie, or even in Chinese noodles, and spring rolls etc.

It's a healthy vegetable. The taste is so bland, so you need to make it more interesting with spices and make in it various forms like, cabbage muthiyas, koftas, tasty veggie, or even in Chinese noodles, and spring rolls etc.
Steps

Chop the cabbage, onions and potatoes.

Heat oil, add onions, ginger, green chillies and hing. Cook till onions get soft and translucent.

Add the spices. Cook for 1 min, add salt, mix well. Add potatoes and chopped cabbage. Mix well, and cover and cook till done. Place a plate over the Kadai filled with water. Cook it on steam.

When done, remove and garnish with coriander leaves. Can enjoy it with parantha/roti
