Mango Cassata(Stuffed Icecream)

Take milk in a pan and allow it to boil till reduce half at medium flame. Stir it continuously. Now add sugar in it and mix it well. Turn off the flame. Keep it aside.

Cut a thin slice on the edge of mango. Insert a knife into the mango and go around the seed, so it becomes loose. Carefully pull it out. Mango is now hollow for pour milk mixture.

Pour the milk mixture in hollow space. Now close open space of mango with mango piece. Ready all mangoes like this. Freeze mangoes for 5-6 hours.

After that peel all the mangoes and cut into slices. Before serving sprinkle chopped pistachios.
