  • 2med. Size Green pepper
  • 1 tbspSoy sauce
  • Salt
  • 3eggs
  • Curry
  • Black pepper
  • 2maggi cubes
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1onion
  • 1/2cabbage

Steps

  1. 1

    Add little salt to the whisked egg u may wish to add the curry @ this stage or later. Mk scrambled egg with it.

    Add rice, stir. Add curry, B/pepper, maggi, veggies

    Give it a stir. Add soy sauce @ ds stage. Stir, cover for 2mins stir & its ready

    Had it with pepper & onion sauce.
