Ingredients

1 hour
2-3 people
  • 1/2 cupmaida(all-purpose flour)
  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 1 cupsemolina / rava / suji
  • 1 tbspchopped green chilli
  • handfulchopped coriander leaves
  • 2large size chopped onion
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 cupcurry leaves
  • 4 cupwater

Steps

    Fist take a container and mix all the ingredients one by one.(Water at last)

  2. 2

    Now keep this watery batter at a side for 1 hour

  3. 3

    After one hour take the dosa pan and heat it

  4. 4

    Now take some water and a small piece of clothe and dip the clothe in water and then clean the pan with the help of it

  5. 5

    Now pour the batter on the heated pan and after 1min add some oil on it

  6. 6

    When it turns dark brown take it off the pan (do not flip it)

  7. 7

    And your rava does is ready to eat serve it with coconut chutney, onion and tomato chutney, etc
