Mango Mousse

At first, add chopped mangoes and sugar in a blender. Blend to smooth and keep aside.

Take 100 ml cold milk in a bowl. Add in 50 g whipping cream powder. Whip it with an electric blender for 3-4 minutes or until the cream turns soft and fluffy.

Refrigerate the cream for 15 minutes.

Then add the mango puree to the beaten cream and mix thoroughly.

Pour this whipped cream mango mixture (mousse) into the dessert bowls and set well. Add 1 tbsp whipped cream in centre and 1 tsp mango puree over it. Garnish with chopped mango and cherry.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until it sets well and then relish the delicious mango mousse.
