In a saucepan/ vessel boil milk along with sugar.

Once the milk is boil take 1/2 cup milk in a bowl and add custard powder to it and mix well.

Now add this custard powder mix to the remaining boiled milk and keep stirring. Make sure there are no lumps formed.

Let it cook for 2-3 mins. Put the flame off.

Now add vanilla essence and fresh mango pulp. Give a nice mix. Let it cool completely in a room temperature.

After the custard is completely cooled add all the fruits. Keep it in a fridge for 2-3 hours.

Serve cold top up with chopped almonds and rose syrup (add anything else as you desire)
