Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds in it. When it turns brown, add ginger garlic paste,green chilli and onions cook it, till onions become translucent now add capsicum mix it well and cook 2-3 minutes.

Now add tomatoes and all the dry masala. Mix it well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low medium flame.Add malai. Mix it well.

Add paneer in it. Mix gently.Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.Do not overcook. Turn off the gas.Add fresh coriander leaves.

Paneer bhurji is ready to serve.
