A healthy protein rich chutney for breakfast. Tastes yummy with idli/dosai. I tried this because i ran out of coconut as we usually make chutney with coconut and these groundnuts have been lying in the pantry for quite some time
Steps

Dry roast peanuts till aromatic. Add to a mixie jar.

Add 2 tbspn oil, urad dal and chana dhal followed by dry red chillies, garlic, ginger and onion.

Add to the peanuts along with tamarind and salt. Blend to a smooth paste adding little water.

For the tempering heat oil add mustard seeds after it cracks add urad dal, asofetida and curry leaves.

Pour over the chutney and serve.
