Steps

Heat 1tsp oil in a pan add pumpkin and salt. Cook till it soften.

Cool it down and make puree.

Take leftover rice into jar and blend it.

In a pot add semolina, pumpkin puree, leftover rice.curd, ginger green chilli paste and salt. Mix well. Add water as per requirements, and make batter. Keep aside for 15 min.

Now add eno. Mix well.

Heat a pan, add batter. Spread it in pan. Cook till brown. Flap it and cook it.

Pumpkin dosa is ready to serve.
