Preheat the oven on180 C for 10 minutes.

Sieve all the dry ingredients and mix well. Gradually add ghee and make stiff dough. (ghee may be use less or more)

Divide dough into equal parts. Make round ball,slightly press,put dryfruits and gently press.
- 4
Grease the baking tray. Place the naankhatais on a tray. Keep it on preheated oven. Bake it for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.let it cool.
