This is large portion of egg curry I used 17 Eggs..but I wouldn’t normally make this amount so I will give the recipe for 6/8 eggs which is enough to feed 3/4 people #mycookbook

This is large portion of egg curry I used 17 Eggs..but I wouldn’t normally make this amount so I will give the recipe for 6/8 eggs which is enough to feed 3/4 people #mycookbook
Steps

Boil eggs and peels off the skin. Cut the eggs length ways and keep aside

Add oil to a pan add the whole pepper and cumin then add the chopped onion and brown
- 3
Add the tomatoes tin or alternatively you can use passata or fresh Tomatoes also
- 4
Add the spices and allow the sauce to cook on low heat till oil come to the top of sauce you can add water if you want a more sauce

Lastly add the eggs garnish with fresh coriander and Garam Masala serve hot
