Sieve both flour and wheat flour. Add salt and yeast then mic with warm water. Make the batter a bit thicker than that of puff puff. Not too watery and not thick, but sticky. Cover and place it under the sun to rise.

When it risen, place deflate it and fry in hot oil. You wash your hands, scoop some batter, make it a bit flat and make hole in the middle then drop in hot oil.

You can serve it with taushe stew, sugar or honey.
