Steps

Heat the milk until it reduces it's quantity. Squeeze lemon and remove the excess water.

Cook the milk until it half en add elaichi powder and sugar. Stir continuously unti the water desolves. Add ghee and stir. (Milk changes it's colour)

Set it in a greased plate. Garnish with chopped almonds.
