Wash and blend your tomatoes, pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic, pour them in pot add some little baking powder and cook it until the water drain

Wash the meat and cook it with maggi, salt, garlic, curry, ginger, cloves and chop onion until the meat is soft

Cut your sorrel (yakuwa) and wash it with salt, put it in pot add some water and potash, boil it for 3mnts

Pour veg oil in your cook tomatoes, add chop onion, seasoning, curry and your cook meat, then fry it for 5mnts, add your grounded groundnut and continue frying it for 10-15mnts, if it's too thick add stock meat inside and close the pot for 5mnts, then serve

Wash and soak your rice for atleast and hour

Add water in a pot and boil it, add your soak rice inside the boil water and allow it to cook until your rice is soften, stirring occasionally with wooden spatula to make a very thick mash, you can add boil water gradually to adjust thickness and allow the rice to cook fully and soften
