Make an X at the bottom of the tomato with the tip of a sharp knife. Put it into a pot of boiling water for 30 seconds.

Immediately remove it from the hot water and transfer to a bowl of iced water (ice bath) to prevent further cooking. Peel the skin gently with a knife.

Marinate the tomato with 2 tablespoons of Japanese sushi vinegar. Chill the tomato in the refrigerator for an hour or longer

Mix the balsamic dressing and keep chilled in the fridge
- 5
When ready to serve, pour the balsamic dressing over the tomato. Just so simple, am sure you will love it🍅😋 !
