Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchpalak
  2. 2onions
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 2 tspgarlic chilli paste
  5. 1 tspcummin seeds
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tsptarmaric powder
  8. 1 tspsalt or as per taste
  9. leavesSome coriander
  10. as requiredOil
  11. For chillas
  12. 1 cupbesan
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  14. Salt as per taste

Cooking Instructions

    First of all make chillas so take a bowl mix besan,red chilli powder salt add some water to make smooth batter then heat tawa put 1tsp oil. And spread batter on tawa.

    Cook both sides then cut it into1inch pieces now keep it side.

    Now blench spanich then wash with cold water and make it's puri.

    Take a kadia add oil to heat add cummin seeds to crack then add 2onion puri cook it for 2minutes until it change colour then add tomatoes puri salt and red chilli powder mix it well Cook it until it leave the oil

    Now add 1chopped onion mix it then add spanich puri mix it then add 1/4 cup water mix it at last add chillas made before.

    Ready to serve
